Looking at the city through a strangers eyes
My city, that I'm seeing for the last time
But the first time
The place I've grown to know, but never got to know me
For how could it, when I don't know me
About to embark on an adventure to figure it all out
And when I return
Ill see my city through the eyes of a stranger
For ill be a stranger
To this place, but not to myself, anymore.
